Aldy Keene, President & CEO

Aldy Keene

A pioneer and thought leader in his field, Aldy Keene provides strategic vision and direction for Loyalty Research Center. He also leads a dynamic team of Project Directors, Researchers, Program Managers, Statisticians and Consultants to deliver exceptional value to clients.

Starting his career as an academic, he taught Marketing and Economics at The University of Chicago and Purdue University. As Vice President of Client Services at Walker Information CSM, he was instrumental in establishing the business and growing it rapidly while moving into client consulting relationships, particularly in the area of deployment. He played a crucial role in helping leading Fortune 500 companies harness the power of Customer Intelligence for success in the marketplace and growth.  Aldy founded The Loyalty Research Center in 1997, offering cutting edge research and consulting in the area of stakeholder relationship measurement and management.

Matt Braun, Vice President of Client Services


As Vice President of Client Services, Matt is involved in the sales, development, and execution of research programs which have enhanced stakeholder relationships with corporate, non-profit, and membership-based organizations in a variety of industries, revenue categories, and geographic scope (local, state, regional, national, international).  He assumed responsibility as Associations Practice Leader in 2010.  Since then, he has provided thought leadership through publication content and speaking engagements with the Indiana Society of Association Executives (ISAE), American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and the Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA).

His role includes expertise in qualitative research design and execution, quantitative research design, implementation, analysis across all methodologies, and research deployment via reporting and presentation.

Matt received his B.S. in Marketing from Butler University and received his Certification in Market Research through the University of Georgia and its partnership with Marketing Research Institute International (MRII).  Click here to read Matt's latest insights.

Natinne Keene, Vice President of Finance


As Vice President of Finance, Natinne oversees the management, reporting, and analysis of LRC's financial management strategy as well as assumes responsibilities for HR functions.  In her role, she furthers the vision of our company by developing and supporting relationships with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for LRC.

Natinne is heavily involved in the Indianapolis community, frequently volunteering her time at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, engaging local restaurants and venues for company-wide outings, and managing philanthropic donations on behalf of LRC.

Natinne received her B.S. in Management from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.


Andrew Maletta II, Vice President Operations


Andrew Maletta is the key engagement manager on LRC research programs.  Working closely with C-level and senior executives, Andrew designs and executes the research methodology, analyzes the research data, and makes strategic recommendations to improve the stakeholder relationships through operational improvements.

Andrew came to LRC in 2009 with a background in pharmaceutical market research and quickly assumed responsibility for relationship programs for manufacturing and professional service organizations.  Today, as Director of Client Services, in addition to directing research programs, Andrew manages LRC’s relationship with Career Service administrators at local colleges and oversees the training and development of student interns.  Outside of LRC, Andrew serves as the president of the alumni association and housing corporation board for the Lambda Chi Alpha chapter at Butler University.

Andrew received a B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Butler University and completed the Principles of Market Research certification through the University of Georgia.  Click here to read Andrew's latest insights.
